**Returns will be issued refunds in the form of a digital Gift Card**
- Returns must be unworn, unwashed, and smell free with all tags attached. Please include your package slip with the return.
- We must receive your unwanted merchandise within 15 days of your order date for a full refund. Reduced and Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Returns or exchanges after 15 days cannot be accepted. Please note: The original shipping charge is non-refundable and you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for any item (via any carrier) you return.
- If items are sent back past the return policy period, the customer is responsible for return postage.
- We do not accept online returns at our brick and mortar locations. All online orders must be returned to our online store. E-gift cards can only be redeemed in our online and not at brick and mortar locations.
Returns past the 15 day return policy you will not be accepted or store credited.
Once your return is received and processed, we will email you your E-gift card that can be used on the website.
E-gift cards can not be used at our Truckee, California brick and mortar store.

If you wish to exchange your item for another size, you must return your unwanted item back to us. After we receive, inspect and approve your item for a refund, we will issue a store credit in the form of an E-Gift card that you will be able to use towards the item you wish to order.
